Created by Ivan Massonnat in 2018, Domaine Belargus farms 24 hectares entirely to Chenin, with a biodynamic approach and a meticulous single-parcel philosophy. The 2020 vintage was warm, dry and beautifully balanced, producing ripe yet fresh fruit. Expect peach, pear, apricot, honey, smoke and mineral notes, with lovely tension.
