Founded in 2016 by Simon Tyrrell, Charles Derain, and Gerard Maguire, Les Deux Cols is an eight-hectare property located in the hills above Saint-Gervais in the northern Gard region. The vineyards, ranging from 30 to 70 years old, are organically farmed, benefiting from sandy soils, surrounding forests, and exposure to the Mistral wind, which imparts freshness to the grapes.

The 2023 vintage is a blend of 65% Grenache and 35% Syrah, fermented using natural yeasts in cement tanks to preserve purity and freshness. The wine presents a bright ruby colour with aromas of black cherries, plums, and black olives. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with a silky texture, fine tannins, and a fresh acidity.
