Bottled at 43.6% ABV, this 70cl blend marries Clonakilty-distilled Single Pot Still whiskey with Single Grain whiskey. It is matured in ex-bourbon, virgin American oak, and shaved, re-toasted European red-wine barrels. There’s no vintage or age statement. Expect vanilla, soft spice, ginger, hazelnut, toffee and caramel, with a lingering finish.
