This 46% ABV, non-chill-filtered, no-colouring whisky is a no-age-statement blended malt: Speyside malts are first matured in 200-litre oak before a second maturation in 500-litre Oloroso sherry butts with heavily charred virgin American oak heads. Expect cereal malt, vanilla, dried fruit, chocolate, nougat and warming spice.
