Founded by Alain andJosie Labet in 1974, the family estate spans 14 hectares across 45 parcels, championing individual terroirs. The warm,successful 2015 vintage brought beautifully ripe fruit. Expect generous white-fruit aromas, a supple texture and savoury,mineral complexity, enhanced by lees ageing in 228-litre barrels. Serve at 12°C alongside roast chicken, creamymushroom dishes, grilled langoustines or mature Comté cheese. A proper Jura gem!
