The Real McCoy Limited Edition 14 Year Rum is a proper taste of Barbados, the Caribbean island famed as the birthplace of rum. Produced at Foursquare Distillery by fourth-generation distiller Richard Seale, it combines traditional pot and column distillation with 14 years of tropical maturation in ex-bourbon casks. Bottled at 46% ABV, this small-batch release showcases Barbados’s warm climate, which accelerates oak interaction and creates remarkable depth. Expect cinnamon, clove and baking spice, followed by oak, walnut, caramel, orange peel and dried apricot. Serve neat or with a splash of water, alongside dark chocolate, sticky toffee pudding, roasted pork or mature cheese.
