Greek Wine: Ancient Roots, Modern Brilliance

Greek wines are, in my view, some of the most undervalued and underrated in the world. With an ancient winemaking tradition stretching back thousands of years, Greece offers extraordinary depth, character and authenticity in the glass.

Many vineyards are home to old, ungrafted — even pre-phylloxera — vines, and much of the finest wine never leaves the country, enjoyed locally under the Mediterranean sun. For this tasting, we’ll bring a little of that Greek sunshine to the end of summer, pouring a line-up that captures the energy and purity of these wines.

We’ll explore a wide range of styles — vibrant whites, characterful reds, fascinating sweet and fortified wines — all paired with Greek snacks designed to complement and elevate the flavours.
