South African Wine Tasting 29th October @7pm

South African Wines — An Evening of Discovery

Join us for a journey through one of the world’s most exciting and diverse wine regions. South Africa’s winemaking heritage stretches back centuries, and today its producers are crafting vibrant, distinctive wines that balance Old World elegance with New World spirit.

We’ll begin the evening with classic South African MCC — Méthode Cap Classique — traditional-method sparkling that rivals the best, offering freshness, texture and lively bubbles to kick things off.

From there we’ll explore beautifully textured whites, including expressive Chenin Blanc and crisp cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc, showcasing the breadth of the Cape’s terroir.

On the red side, expect iconic and characterful wines, from structured Cabernet Sauvignon to South Africa’s signature Pinotage, alongside Rhône-style Syrahs and more adventurous offerings from both established and exciting new producers.

This tasting will celebrate the unexpected — the bold, the elegant, the food-friendly and the unforgettable. Each wine will be paired with snacks that bring out its best, making for an end-of-summer exploration that’s rich, rewarding and full of South African sunshine in the glass.
