Crafted by Stephanie Toole at the boutique, organic‑and‑biodynamic Mount Horrocks Wines, a small estate producing around 3,500 cases annually with strict hand‑picking and French oak barrel ageing, this lemon and white peach‑driven wine shows hints of lemongrass, spiced oak and creamy lees.
