2025 Chin Chin (Arinto, Loureiro & Trajadura), Quinto do Ermizio- Vinho Verde

The 2025 Chin Chin comes from the Monteiro family’s Quinta do Ermizio, a 15-hectare estate in Portugal’s Vinho Verde region. Sustainably farmed and hand-harvested, the grapes ferment with native yeasts in stainless steel, and a light CO₂ addition preserves freshness. At 11.5% ABV, it’s bone-dry, crisp, and lively, offering pear, nectarine, citrus zest, and coastal salinity, lifted by gentle fizz and bright acidity. Ideal with shellfish, grilled sardines, lightly spiced Asian dishes, salads, fresh goat’s cheese, or as an aperitif, it’s best served chilled at 8–10°C, inviting you to pour another glass before finishing the first.
