From the sun-drenched vineyards of Kakheti, the 2024 Mtsvane from Tiko Estate captures a region famed as one of the world’s oldest winemaking cradles, with iron-rich soils and a continental climate shaping vibrant, aromatic whites. Founded in 2017 by the Chychynadze brothers, the estate produces around 30,000 bottles annually, drawing on over 40 years’ combined global experience. The 2024 vintage is fresh and lively, offering white flowers, pear, apricot and citrus, with a mineral spine and zesty acidity. Delicious with shellfish, grilled fish, goat’s cheese salads or Mediterranean vegetarian dishes.
