We're delighted to have an allocation of these cult and mysterious wines. 100% Gringet grapes from the Savioe - central Alpine France, vineyards stretch up to 650m in the Chamonix Valley, an iron rich valley formed by glacier movement. Dominique Belluard is considered to be one of the pinoeers of the Savioe, creating pure and expressive wines. Grapes are farmed using Biodynamic practices, then spontaneously fermented. Expect plenty of orchard fruit with a refreshing and mineral rich finish.
