The En Barberon cuvée comes from a 1.8-hectare plot with clay-rich soils, producing just 2,500 bottles. The vines, averaging 40 years old, are cultivated without herbicides or synthetic chemicals, using organic compost and plant-based treatments .
This wine is a refined expression of Pinot Noir, offering aromas of red berries, subtle spices, and a hint of smokiness.
