The 2021 Blackbook Winery The Mix‑Up Vol 4 is an expressive English white blend of Müller‑Thurgau and Reichensteiner sourced from cool‑climate vineyards like Mersea Island in Essex, benefiting from warm, maritime influences that help ripen aromatic grapes. Vinified in varied Burgundy barrels with indigenous yeasts and aged on gross lees for seven months, it shows subtle vanilla, white flowers, ginger and garden herbs on the nose with ripe apricot, white peach and citrus zest on the palate.
