This wine is a blend of fruit from Chassagne-Montrachet and Pommard, with one-third sourced from Chassagne. It underwent fermentation in oak barrels, with 50% experiencing malolactic fermentation, contributing to its roundness and texture.
The 2022 vintage offers aromas of apples, pears, lemon, and a touch of peach, complemented by a nice ripeness and roundness. The palate is rich with a peppy acidity, showcasing a quintessential Bourgogne Blanc profile.
