This field blend includes Riesling, Pinot Gris, Muscat, Gewurztraminer, and more, all from biodynamically farmed vineyards around Bergheim on limestone-rich slopes that bring vibrancy and complexity.

Marcel Deiss is a pioneer of terroir-driven winemaking in Alsace, with around 27 hectares under vine and a deep commitment to letting the land, rather than the grape variety, lead the conversation. The 2022 vintage brought warm days and cool nights, helping maintain freshness and aromatic lift.
