Bodegas Latúe, established in 1954 as the San Isidro Cooperative, now encompasses 600 organic growers across 6,200 hectares in Villanueva de Alcardete. Under the guidance of winemaker Jorge Pradillo, they blend tradition with innovation to craft wines that reflect the region's unique terroir—clay-limestone soils, a continental Mediterranean climate, and minimal rainfall.
