Redmoors is made from Pinot Noir grown on clay and sandstone soils near Horsmonden, which, in a warm and relatively dry 2022 vintage, yielded grapes with depth and ripeness rarely seen this far north. The wine is light-bodied but full of personality: red cherry, wild strawberry, and a touch of forest floor, with soft tannins and a whisper of spice from old oak barrels.
