Grown in the limestone and blue marl terroirs of eastern France, this light-bodied red thrives in a cool, continental climate. Dodane, managing 6 hectares of organically certified vines since 2012, crafted this vintage beautifully despite erratic weather. Pouring a pale ruby, it bursts with wild cranberries, sour cherries, and a touch of reduction. Clocking around 12.5% ABV, its bright acidity and soft tannins make it incredibly refreshing.
