2025 Sauvignon Blanc Les Deux Moulins Loire

From the heart of the Loire Valley, 2025 Les Deux Moulins Sauvignon Blanc brings a little French sunshine to the glass. Made by Cave de Brissac, with winemaker Frédéric Moreau, it draws on vineyards between Anjou and Tours, where varied soils and a cool continental climate help preserve Sauvignon Blanc’s zippy freshness. Fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel, it’s a bright, easy-drinking 11.5% wine. Expect lively grapefruit, lime, gooseberry, elderflower and green apple, backed by crisp acidity and a gently rounded finish. Delicious with tangy goat’s cheese, oysters, asparagus, grilled fish, seafood salads or a plate of fresh prawns.
