Crafted in Avize, a Grand Cru village in the Côte des Blancs, Agrapart’s 7 Crus is a stunning introduction to one of Champagne’s most revered grower-producers. The name refers to the blend of fruit from seven villages, including Grand Crus Avize and Oger and four Premiers Crus like Avenay and Coligny.
Pascal Agrapart, a fourth-generation vigneron, farms just 12 hectares biodynamically, producing under 100,000 bottles a year. His wines are a masterclass in terroir transparency—low dosage, native yeasts, and barrel fermentation are the norm.
7 Crus is a blend of around 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir, with a base vintage and reserves aged in oak. Expect racy citrus, green apple, crushed chalk, and hints of almond and sea spray. The texture is creamy yet energetic, with a long, saline finish.
Brilliant with oysters, gougères, or tempura vegetables—this is Champagne for purists who crave precision and finesse.
