Christmas is the one time of year everyone opens something a bit special, so we thought we’d help you choose well.
This evening is all about the bottles that earn their place on the festive table. We’ll start with something sparkling, of course, then move through crisp whites that can stand up to smoked salmon, and finish with the rich, warming reds that belong next to the turkey and the cheeseboard. Each one comes with a seasonal canapé to show what it does best with food.
Daisy will share the tricks that actually make a difference: how to pour without the fizz going everywhere, what to serve with what, and how to pick a bottle that tastes far more expensive than it was. Useful stuff, especially if you’re the one hosting this year.
Expect good wine, good company and a properly festive atmosphere. You might even leave with your Christmas shopping list sorted.
