Domaine Deliance are based near Givry and unlike many Burgundy producers, they actively focus on producing top-quality sparkling wines. Their Cremant de Bourgogne is crafted from a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Aligote and is aged on its lees for at least 18 months before disgorgement. This adds a delicious layer of richness to the palate, complimented by stone fruits and citrus acidity.
