Giuseppe Quintarelli’s 2023 Bianco Secco is a masterfully complex, legendary dry white produced by the iconic family estate in Negrar, within Italy’s famous Veneto region.

Managing roughly 11 hectares of low-yielding vines, the family honors the late "Master of the Veneto" by manually harvesting fruit from slopes packed with limestone and basalt soils. The 2023 vintage presents a beautifully classic, Soave-like freshness. This intricate blend of Garganega, Trebbiano Toscano, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and the rare native Saorin boasts a medium-rich, silky texture, achieved by adding a tiny splash of air-dried Passito grapes. Pouring a clear, bright golden-yellow, it treats the nose to dominant aromas of sweet melon, lemon blossom, and cantaloupe, yielding to an elegant, mineral-driven finish with a signature hint of bitter almond.
