NV Crémant de Loire from Breton is a joyous sparkling wine that captures the spirit of France’s Loire Valley, a region famed for its cool climate, limestone-rich soils and elegant, food-friendly wines. Crafted by Catherine and Pierre Breton, whose family winemaking roots stretch back generations, the estate farms around 11 hectares biodynamically and produces roughly 70,000 bottles annually. This non-vintage blend of Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc showcases the Loire’s hallmark freshness, with fine bubbles, crisp apple, pear and white peach flavours, delicate floral notes and hints of brioche and toasted nuts. Vibrant and refreshing, it pairs beautifully with oysters, smoked salmon, goat’s cheese, seafood canapés or roast chicken.
