The English 11 Year Old Single Malt Whisky

The English 11 Year Old is a characterful single malt from The English Distillery in Roudham, Norfolk, one of England’s whisky pioneers. Founded by the Nelstrop family, the distillery began producing spirit in 2006 and released England’s first legal whisky in over a century. Bottled at 46%, this whisky is matured for 11 years in ex-bourbon casks, with no chill filtration or added colouring. Expect vanilla, citrus, mint and sage on the nose, followed by baked apple, cherries, peach and tropical fruit, with peppery spice and dry oak on the palate. Enjoy neat, with water, mature cheddar, roast pork or apple crumble.
