The English Original Single Malt Whisky

The English Original Single Malt comes from The English Distillery in Norfolk, where England’s whisky story is being given a distinctly modern twist. Founded by James and Andrew Nelstrop, the distillery began producing whisky in 2006 and officially opened in 2007. Matured in ex-bourbon casks, this 43% ABV single malt has no stated age, allowing the character of the spirit and cask to shine. Expect gentle vanilla, tropical fruit, creamy nuts, chocolate and bright citrus, followed by a clean, malty finish with a subtle savoury note. Enjoy it neat or with a splash of water, alongside shortbread, mature cheese or dark chocolate.
