Woven Whisky - Experience No.15 Shindig

Woven Experience No.15 ‘Shindig’ is a lively blended Scotch from Leith, Edinburgh, the creative home of Woven Whisky. Founded in 2020 by Pete Allison and Duncan McRae, the independent blender has released this 45.8% expression in a limited run of 3,552 bottles. It brings together single malt and grain whiskies, including Loch Lomond, Benrinnes, Glen Garioch, Glasgow and Tullibardine, matured in oak casks, although no age statement is given. Expect honey, malt and bright lemon on the nose, followed by creamy banana, berries, coconut and warming spice, with a gently herbal finish. Serve neat or with a splash of water; pair with roast pork, mature Cheddar or sticky toffee pudding.
