Woven Whisky Expierence No.17 Synchronicity

Woven Whisky Experience No.17 Synchronicity is a lively blended Scotch from Leith, Edinburgh, a historic whisky hub on Scotland’s east coast. Created by independent blender Woven Whisky, founded in 2020 by Pete Allison and Duncan McRae, it brings together six components, including Benrinnes, Staoisha, Invergordon and Speyside and Lowland whiskies. Bottled at 46.1% ABV, it was married in ex-bourbon casks for 21 days from July 2023. There’s no age statement. Expect maritime minerality, brine, waxy fruit, gentle peat smoke, herbs and marmalade sweetness. Serve neat or with a splash of water, alongside smoked salmon, mature cheddar or chargrilled seafood.
