Woven Whisky - Hemispheres Blend

Woven Whisky’s Hemispheres is a globe-spanning Blended World Whisky marrying Edinburgh’s mighty North British Distillery with tiny Thomson Whisky, just outside Auckland, New Zealand. The recipe is 74% North British single grain and 26% Manuka-smoked Thomson single malt, bottled at a punchy 51.4% ABV. Batch One produced just 2,100 bottles, with the blend married for 80 days; it is a no-age-statement whisky rather than a vintage release. Expect oily texture, gentle smoke, orange, clove, honey, liquorice and beeswax, followed by subtle tannins and a lingering, herbal finish. Serve neat or with soda, alongside smoked salmon, roast pork or mature cheddar.
